We are a Belgian nonprofit (VZW) built on service, learning, and dignity, where results speak louder than recognition, and depth matters more than noise.

What We Offer

• Unity Project (Festivals & Events): Our calm, reliable event crew keeps experiences flowing—welcoming guests, guiding crowds, providing eco-teams, handling logistics, and supporting backstage. The work is quiet, the effect unmistakable.

• Compass Buddy Project: Everyday support for appointments, forms, planning, and language. Our buddies help people regain grip on daily life, turning rights into real action.

• Vita Nova (Circular Culture): Meaningful merchandise and carefully chosen second-hand fashion, plus creative repair and upcycling, because sustainability and local skills go hand in hand.

• Learning & Skills: Grow with us! Trainings, on‑the‑job coaching, and friendly peer circles build teamwork, leadership, and operational know‑how for everyone.
